A tradition unlike any other…
Well, we know Greg Sankey would like it to be the biggest non-story of the week. But I don’t think Barnhart carrying the league’s water is going to convince many media folks to go along.

Biggest non-story of the week? The conflict between Nick Saban and Jimbo Fisher. Yes it happened. It was also over by the Spring meetings in Destin. But the question will be asked.

“…carrying the leagues waste-water….” Barnfart just always manages to and remind us he’s still here in peculiar ways.

Nah the waste-water would at least be somewhat captivating to follow…he is more like carrying the league lukewarm tap water.

He’s like Baghdad Bob, but we can call him Birmingham Barnhart.

It’s only going to be a non-story because nobody will address it. If you think that both sides aren’t still fuming and if you think that the rest of the league isn’t pointing and laughing at it (which harboring the same concerns that Saban had) then you’re a fool or you’re Tony Barnhart or possibly you’re both. Jimbo’s press conference came AFTER the league tried to intervene and A&M’s letter to the commissioner asking for Saban’s suspension was after the press conference! None of this has been resolved, and it’s the story most of us want to see reported.

Barnhart is such a shill. This isn’t a non-story asshole. The GOAT accused another coach of cheating. In response, the other coach indirectly threated to expose him and burn the whole house down. It’s the biggest offseason story about SEC coaches maybe ever.

Are we just going to ignore Kirby/Hot Seat questions this week? Because we can’t recruit on offense side of ball. Got to do all the work for these lame ass “journalists”

Pretty sure we’re losing every game this fall since a 2023 running back turned us down.

The only thing missing was Kirby’s halftime speech in Jacksonville. I guess they didn’t want it rated R.

As is often the case…. you’re both right. The media will ask the questions and both, well drilled and well compensated gentlemen will decline to answer any of those questions. The Press will pester and the Coaches will deflect and in my experience that is exactly how something becomes a non-story.
