Gonna need a new acronym

What’s the opposite of the GPOOE™?

During a recent episode of “All Things Covered” hosted by Bryant McFadden and Patrick Peterson, former Florida and Ohio State coach Urban Meyer said he believes Bennett is the most underrated player ever to play college football:

“Stetson Bennett is the most underrated player, I think, that has ever played the game,” Meyer said. “I can’t believe how small that guy was. But he’s a monster, his leadership, his toughness, incredible.”

MUPOAT?  Not sure it has the same ring to it.

  1. SBIV has one more national title as the starter as the GPOOE. Bennett as a college passer is so much better than Tebow was. Denver was really dumb to use a 1st round pick on him.

Well, I guess pigs can fly. I found something I agree on with that sociopath.

What part of the multiverse am I living in? B2B NCs, things are looking bright for a 3peat, and now Urban Fucking Meyer is saying complimentary things about UGA players?

If Steve Spurrier starts waxing eloquent about what a beast Stetson was the last 2 years, I’m going to faint. Just because they’re both right doesnt mean you’d ever expect them to say it out loud.

What a time to be alive.

There’s not as much focus on Young’s stature because his talents jump out pretty clearly. I think Stroud may get taken sooner simply because of his advantage in terms of stature.

The question for Stet at the next level is can he overcome his physical limitations in a game where he won’t get protected at the same level and he won’t have better players on his team than the other every week.

How far does courage and confidence take you in the nfl? I wouldn’t bet my job/money/future on it, but he may well shock the world once again.

I’m waiting on that 40 time. If he cracks 4.5 someone is going to place a bet on that kid. I’m skeptical but I’m rooting for him.

There is never been anything like that guy. He’s a unicorn.

Every other hs qb with his measurables, and they are legion, not only would fucking fold under the pressure, the vast majority of them wouldn’t even show up. For one to actually show up and succeed at that level is surreal.

It just ain’t supposed to happen because its never happened.

“There is never been anything like that guy. He’s a unicorn.”

I wont disagree that he is seemingly quite small, but I’d say there have been a few successful ones. Doug Flutie for instance.

The problem with that comparison is that Flutie was a three sport all state all star. He also had a scholarship offer to BC.

            Bad comparison.
Stet was the best baseball player in the State.
And Flutie never won back to back National Championships as a walk on and then QB1.
