Tattoo you.

On the one hand, it’s hard not to laugh at this:

On the other, any time you see the initials “IRS”, it’s not a joking matter.

… Wednesday night during the Boise State-Utah Las Vegas Bowl telecast on ESPN, Brent Musburger and Kirk Herbstreit noted the Ohio State tattoo issue with Herbstreit reporting that an IRS raid on a Columbus tattoo parlor turned up autographed items from OSU players that may indicate a breach in compliance.

If I worked in NCAA compliance, I swear there would be days when I’d wake up and wonder what I’d gotten myself into.

Working at NCAA Compliance would be great experience for getting a job as an enforcement lawyer at a government agency, you’d get the experience enforcing rules that neither you nor anyone else understands and you’d be able to mentally prepare yourself to send people to prison over this kind of stuff.

And you would have months/years to accomplish what others could could do in days/weeks. You are right, a natural progression.

Herbie probably feels pretty uncomfortable discussing other’s IRS problems on air.

Working for the NCAA has become as morally abstract as a serial killer.
