And Donald Remy warns Kessler he’s got a tough road ahead of him “in light of being bound by the O’Bannon decision.”

Sure is weird reading that.

    So, Remy must think Wilken pretty much granted the NCAA and its member institutions an antitrust exemption … Wow, if that’s the case, crony capitalism and judicial activism would be a match made in hell if you actually believe in the free market. Keep going, Jeffrey, burn it down.
