As if we haven’t already seen enough new lows this season, Finebaum warns us another one may be on the horizon this Saturday.
Just great.

What's on the line Saturday in Athens? A lot. Georgia hasn't lost all its home SEC games since 1957.#AUBvsUGA pic.twitter.com/WktXUNbjJO

“We remember the Sugar Bowl, I think it my junior year of high school, we let Alabama beat us twice,” Brinson said of a team that also lost to the Crimson Tide in the SEC Championship game. “We’re not letting Alabama beat us twice. In the Sugar Bowl in 2018, they… thought they should have been in the playoffs and lost to Texas.” -- AB-H, 12/27/23
Just damn! I’m sure we will only hear that a billion times leading up to and during the game.

My thoughts exactly. 3 conference home games = sad.

You can thank the dopes who support the Georgia-Florida game being played in JAX for that. It is what cost Georgia its 4th SEC home game this season and it happens every other year.

The year my father was born in Athens. Nice.

I was a little boy then…but I can remember Pen Wagers screwing us out of at least one of those games from ’57.

This would be the first year we lost all our SEC home games and them raised Hartman Fund and ticket prices. I hope that never happens again.

All part of McGarity’s master plan, man. Just think what he’ll be able to do once Kirby starts winning!

Again, I hope (and believe) that Kirby will do great things at Georgia. The only downside is that ADGM would benefit. =/

He must get his business plan from the Auto and Home Ins. institute.
They can find more ways of creative rate hikes than Gus can of giving second chances. The latest scam is paying more for “accident forgiveness”… Oh, brother. Insurance is supposed to BE accident forgiveness….You pay to cover claims and then you pay because you had a claim??? That’s like paying for a meal and getting hit up at the cash register for eating it.

Makes it hard to get excited about Saturday doesn’t it? And just when I was starting to feel a little optimism after Kentucky.
