The last 3 game losing streak I remember was 1977 with losses to FLA, AUB and GA TECH. Were there any later than that?

We went 4-7 after a 3-1 start in ’90. Lost the last four after a win over Vandy.

I remember one year riding over from Atlanta to Athens after that fiasco of 1990. I had a sign in the window of the car that said “1990 National Champs”. Every gnat car that we passed would honk and wave, until I flipped the sign over and said “Go Colorado”.
CU will always be my 1990 champion, bad officiating or not. Tech’s MNC ranks right up there with that classic battle of BYU over a 6-5 Michigan team in the Holiday Bowl.

We lost the first three games in 79 and were 0-3 heading into SEC play. I believe they were all ACC opponents. We wound up almost winning the SEC that year, but a late season loss at Auburn kept us out of the Sugar Bowl with 4 losses. And you all know what happened the next year.

Hale left and went to the Phillies. Phillies catch fire and have only lost three games this month. Seth comes to Georgia and tracks in his South Carolina all over Georgia’s carpets. Georgia goes into the tank.

(c) UGA has won 3 games v. Florida in the past 2 decades.
