- Just missing the cut: Ohio State, Utah. Strength of schedule is hurting both teams.
- Iowa’s impressive win over Michigan State helped Arizona in my eyes.
- Hardest part of this week’s ballot was whether to rank two or three Big 12 teams in my top ten.
- The easiest part was being able to completely ignore two BCS conferences.
Agree about the two BCS conferences that deserve no representation this year. Arizona is the only PAC10 team, besides Stanford, that can compete with Oregon this year but they have to go to Eugene…..not sure they can get it done there. I also voted Oregon #1 again this week but really want to see a top flight defense face that wide-open offense. Can any team stand up to that onslaught for 60 minutes? Would a victory be holding them to 30?

Wow. I have Wisconsin, Iowa and Ohio State on mine. Admittedly, I feel like I omitted Arizona wrongly and wish I’d thought a bit more (dropping Ohio State completely and placing Zona just over Iowa). You don’t have Wisky at all?
I sort of feel about the Big XII the way almost everyone else feels about the Big 10. I only ranked Nebraska.
TCU could be a big winner soon if they beat Utah and Baylor keeps it up.

How can you have Oregon that low?

My list is alphabetized.
Besides, Oregon is in bold – my tiebreaking pick.

FYI, I’m getting an error message when I try to look at the poll.

That’s because voting won’t be over until 9PM.

Ah. Sometimes we can see the progression, though, right? I submitted on Sunday and could see the poll with only 4 submissions, then later with a few more.
Either way, it was different and just wanted to let you know. If this is normal, then just ignore me.
