Caesars Sportsbook is already laying odds on the 2013 national title winner.  Georgia is listed with the sixth-most favorable odds, at 15-1.  Power of the schedule, friends.  (South Carolina faces 28-1 odds).

Four of the top six are SEC teams, by the way.

Don’t they know that only SEC teams are eligible for the game?

That Arkansas bet is terrible. They are guaranteed to play 2 of the top three odds and the 13th best on the road. And then either the 6th best or the 13th best again. And that doesn’t include A&M and Miss St. Stay away people.

I’d say the best value there is UGA by virtue of the two game reg season schedule. Although their odds to win SEC are probably 14.5/1.

It’ll change once all the juniors (NOT underclassmen as often called) make their decisions. I believe we could be either 5th or as low as 9th eventually.

    • Except it is correctly put as “underclassman” since redshirt sophomores are also eligible, as are sophomores who went the prep school route ala Larry Fitzgerald.

Uggh I can see CMR and CMB blowing a BCS CG just as the bowl game this year.

I have to believe in my heart that they would coach differently in a game that’s “for it all.” I could be wrong, though.

He’s f#cked up coaching in regular season games. He’s f#cked up coaching in bowls. He’s f#cked up coaching in the SECCG. What makes anybody think he won’t f#ck up coaching in the BCSNCG if he ever got there?

Or…..he’s won regular season games. He’s won in bowls. He’s won the SECCG. What makes anybody think he won’t win in the BCSNCG if he ever got there?

          See how that works?

After last night I am amazed that Clemson is given any consideration at all.

Come on now, sportsters. You can take one of those hotsy-totsy club green fees you planned on using this summer and lay $100 ea on UGA, Bama and….wait for this one…FU. Lotsa good money odds there. The ‘Nesian didn’t used to care and would not complain about my betting (mainly because I won), but since retirement and since she became the COO, my shekels remain under tight guard. I’ll have to attend another Bulldogs game next month and use that money. Can anyone print a UGA ticket with a Feb date to help an old Dawg out?
