By the way, I notice that Georgia is recruiting Alex Anzalone. To his dad, Sal, I’d just like to point out that the worst trouble you’ll hear about in Athens during recruiting season is that Coach Richt spoke a day too early about a recruit he thought he had on the dotted line.

How would they go about doing that? Should we have a questionaire for everyone at Spring Game or just get their names and computer check for Perv ID during the game; then compare all known pervs to those lining up for photos after the game?
Do you have any idea how many and who have been getting their photos taken with players that are listed as pervs? Don’t forget, viscious divorce partners have made accusations out of vengeance and there are a lot of people listed, but not proven in court, who are innocent.

While OSU couldn’t screen every person that comes into contact with their recruits, they’ve probably gotten away with some kind of violation in the past while espousing the moral superiority of the Big 10. Karma has some teeth.

Yes. With Sal. And we should position a few UGA coeds at strategic points for them both to admire what the landscape will be when he attends. Nah. Detractors would still opine that the women are only attracted to each other. Truth is, there is no place where pervophobes could feel safe on campus. Are Professors, Admin, campus workers, players and friends of all those listed vetted to prevent what occurred from occurring here? Don’t think so.
This is not an anti-Ohio St subject. It’s one that can happen anywhere. All the remarks against OSU/ personnel can easily be applied here, unfortunately.

I think the inadvertent rule breaking by Richt and according to the NCAA is dumbass. The player and his guardion signed in front of the camera, it was reported that he had selected UGA just before the signing and when they finished it simply was an e-mail delivery. The deed was proven done and wharever occurs after that is nit-picker’s fodder. TEchnically, when trhey signed together on camera, he was a Dawg. Now he can change his mind and not honor what he signed, but that’s no legal skin off Richt’s back.
Does the applicable NCAA rule state that the e-mail is in Richt’s or the Universities hands at the Athens campus before Richt can open his mouth? We could see the visual communication that he was a Dawg. What more do you need before congratulating him and welcoming him into the fold. Seems to me this TV signing shit occurs quite a lot and you mean to tell me that Richt is the only Coach this has befallen? Pome de Rue!
