#UGA linebacker Christian Robinson returned home from the South Carolina game to find his house had been egged and TP'd (rolled).

“We remember the Sugar Bowl, I think it my junior year of high school, we let Alabama beat us twice,” Brinson said of a team that also lost to the Crimson Tide in the SEC Championship game. “We’re not letting Alabama beat us twice. In the Sugar Bowl in 2018, they… thought they should have been in the playoffs and lost to Texas.” -- AB-H, 12/27/23
The wheels are falling off. Richt has lost control of the entire program. No really, he has. He would be a fantastic ACC coach. UNC or UVA would be a great fit. But he’s outclassed right now

That is a real bummer. Hate that someone did that. I guess it is safe to assume it was dawg fans. Any chance it wasnt?
Either way totally uncalled for and a real jerk move. I am sure it sucks to get home late and have that to deal with today.
Boy we got our asses handed to us last night.

We’re moving past the apathy stage into the out and out anger. Last night should be Richt’s 2000 GT game, but it won’t be. So get used to it, we have more of those coming.

Reading the Aaron Murray quote makes me want to cry. Is he delusional to say it or am I for believing it? I just hope that isn’t all he has.

Can you elaborate on the quote or post a link?

I am very sorry to hear of this unwarranted and classless incident. When mindless idiots do something like this it cheapens college football. This is not the WWE. Get a life!!!

Damn! Did Dana Holgerson roll and egg Robinson’s house? I never would have thunk it!

Yes, because a drunk, skirt-chasing head coach would have kept Mett and we’d be soooo much better off today.

Carolina only threw 10 passes. Everyone of them counted.
230 yards rushing, pretty much all by Lattimore and Shaw, a high school qb nobody wanted in the state of Georgia. Lattimore and Shaw are players, show up for every game and every play…focused and have a desire to win and to excel. In the East Carolina and Florida both have QBs that can run, along with very physical, hard playing offensive lines. Plus they have very good offensive coordinators.
Spurrier and Ward took advantage of the Dawgs two main weakness,,,the secondary and the O line. Once they established the run game they made those passes count. The routes of the receivers inside the red zone were outstanding to get them open…in football you have to create lanes for running and throwing. Carolina can do that on offense with their players
Most puzzling to me was the use of our two freshman running backs to block on pass against two of the best d ends. We could not block them on the edge for passing or running. They always outnumbered the Dawgs blocking. I would like to see the Dawgs go to a more 2 TE set and more power running considering the O line size and experience. Why did they not use Malcomme and Samuel more in the first half for blocking? Or why do we not start using both backs set apart in the backfield. Against their speed and reach, the O line experience, it is hard for a back deep in the backfield to get going in man play. If break one, well you can put it on the board, but they will be very diifficult and Ward shut down Bobo.
Thought our game plan was poor and we did not utilize our players and their abilities.
Carolina is very good…players and coaches…they get it done. think game prep and game plan had impact on our play in game.

When it became apparent that the OT alone, then the OT with a back helping, could not keep out Clowney the coaches should have put in a tight end (maybe another O-lineman in the tight end position) and gone to max-protect. People want to blame Murray. He didn’t have time to do much as the Cocks’ D-line was on him immediately on almost every play.

Anyone who would do something like roll CR’s yard is a scum bag. I hate losing. I ain’t a loser.

I’m way more embarrassed that somebody would do that than by the outcome of the game. How sad must that person’s life be.

Besides the obvious observation that egging a player’s–and from all I’ve ever heard, a solid, hard working Dawg–deseves a public outing on every Dawg blog and messege board on the interwebs, I’ll point out the following:
Coaches can polish a turd of a game like last night with recruits. “Hey, stud linebacker, it’s clear we need help immediately and you’ll have a great shot to play right away.” “Hey, quarterback, come be the savior and be remembered for a lifetime.” There’s at least something they can offer. But this is the type of thing that guys like Trooper Taylor love. “See what happens when things go south in Athens? These guys are 4-1, and their guys are having their houses vandalized. Robinson was up at 5:00 in December busting his ass for them. You’d be doing the same. What has it gotten him?”
If you don’t think this stuff has any effect, ask Jason Cambell about his visit to Athens.

All these excuses are bullshit I was their I saw it all we suck once again we were overrated in the polls. Florida will beat us even more than SC did. This game was just one more loss I pin on CMR are you people ever going to see the light this man CMR is a looser especially in the big games I for one will never again go to a big game as long as CMR is around. It’s crazy to spend hundreds of dollars when I can predict to score which I came very close to here 30-10. At some point Dawg fans you must come to reality with the CMR issue HE IS A LOOSER AS A COACH. Why would and 5 star recruit want to play for him?

Whoever did this is an embrassment to every UGA fan. Those of you on here using this particuliar thread to do anything other than call out the punks who did this need to reset some of your priorities in life. There are many other posts dedicated to how bad the showing in Columbia last night was but this type of behavoir should never be over looked by a fan base.
