Does the NCAA even bother with background checks?

At this point, it’s hard for me to see Mark Emmert as anyone more than Michael Adams with better PR skills.

Senator, it is embarrassing the way you suck up to Mark Emmert.

Or Michael Adams with more chutzpah.

The takeaway from the awesome “Digging into the past of NCAA President Mark Emmert” initial background check is that you never want to provoke a Schrotenboer war because they don’t stop.

Yes. It’s a subset under the ‘Balls’ heading and appears immediately after Dodge Ball in the “PR Skillz Manual.”

His resume leaves one feeling a little dirty the same way some do about Adams.

Why didn’t someone tell me? 🙂

At the NCAA Caves and Bunkers Division if you aren’t dirty, you aren’t here to party. Here’s how a typical “How Tunnels Work” performance lesson goes even after they let Ameen Najjar and Julie Roe Lach go

It seems that every day there is a new revelation about Mark Emmert that is, I will put it discretely, embarrassing. This guy has to go in order for the NCAA to survive as a credible institution. What an amazingly bad hire.

Why do I get the feeling this guy will be elected President one day?
