Another Saturday when college football seems to be catching its breath, as there aren’t a lot of marquee matchups.
12:00 PM |
Before the season started, most folks saw this as one of the key games of the year. Now it’s just another opportunity for OSU to run up the score.
#23Florida |
#16LSU |
1:00 PM |
Butch Jones wants you to know he’s totally disinterested in the outcome of this game. Totally.
#22Washington State |
#10Colorado |
3:30 PM |
Speaking of the preseason, anyone who claims they knew back then that this game would be of significance is FOS.
#19Tennessee |
3:30 PM |
Fun thought: what if Florida and Tennessee both lose today?
#9Oklahoma |
8:00 PM |
And, this, friends, is the highest rated meeting of the day. Who says the Big 12 isn’t relevant this season?
Feel free to seek your own version of relevance in the comments.
I’m reading WSU/CO game could be the most entertaining of the day. Is it just me or would Mike Leach be a home run hire at LSU?

I think from an offensive Xs and Os standpoint Leach would be a great hire pretty much anywhere. An offensive genius. But like a lot of geniuses he lacks people skills that are part of the HC job description. And after how many years as HC how many conference titles has he won? That’s what I keep saying when people talk about Bobby Petrino–how many championships has he won?

I’m 1000 miles from home and I have to work today. Can’t say I’ll miss much though I wish the LSU game was tonight. I’m hoping mizz finds the pass game today and takes out TN.

Guess ESPN/SEC Network decided to give FL some sliver of hope in Death Valley by scheduling the game for 1PM rather than 7PM

I am a conspiracy theorist–I admit it. This was not an accident. Someone is trying to help FU.

I have always been an LSU fan when they play Flurda. Much as I love to see the Vols lose, I am perfectly content to see them lose big later.

Since I despise both lsu AND uf, the idea the Senator puts forth for both to lose is intriguing. That would be heaven here for me. A pre Thanksgiving miracle!

Not any “edge of the seat” anticipation for sure but CFB never fails to deliver and exceed other sports for excitement.. With about 15 games on my list by time and channel, something will always be worth having on the screen. Hate that UGA and the LSU are overlapping (dumb asses) but there are plenty of commercial minutes to fill. 3:30 time slot is particularly weak today but a chance to see the Pirate in high altitude against a pretty good CU offense. As usual, our cups runneth over beginning about 7:00 and I run the batteries down trying to keep up.

Colo 9-1 ATS this year. The PIRATE 9-1 ATS last 10 as a DOG. Pick the winner biatchhh. Should be a helluva game!

Been a helluva game this first half. Pirate will be the Pirate where ever he is but this Colorado offense is a significant upgrade versus the past few years, the new OC has them clicking.

Buffs a covering machine this year.

Hit Arkansas, Col. State, and USC last night….only miss was Wazzu +6. Couldn’t resist, fortunately I liked the bet but didn’t love it so it didn’t hurt too much. Hard to get used to CU being a player on the national stage.

Bootch even has his players begging for flags after every play.

It’s what they are, in the Vol DNA. If the players don’t beg, Sgt Carter will, but they are nothing to the TN fans. They literally think they have never committed a foul, and there are at least two flags that should be called on the opponents every play. I have seen whiners before everyone else is playing for second place.
