Remember, kids, you commit to a school, not a coach — a continuing series

PJ Fleck, one day on the job as Minnesota’s new head coach, flipped six players who had been committed to Western Michigan.

Probably just a coincidence.

  1. Bright Idea

So Fleck was recruiting Big 10 level talent to Western Michigan? Interesting.

Clearly he was, as Western beat Northwestern and Illinois on the road this past season. Beat the crap out of Illinois, too.

When College fb coach and investment guru Jim Donnan left Marshal he brought Orlandis Gary ( DGD), Wiggins and the twins. Two of those went on to the pros if memory serves Wiggins might have a ring.

Scrape up the cash to hire Saban and have him bring his whole team with him to Athens…Those kids who are already on the team can leave with wherever Smart goes.

And start The Process all over again? No thank you. Danzler would tell us not to expect anything until 2022.

Seems like the BIG 10 continues to out recruit the SEC when it comes to coaching talent.

Gotta say I really wanted to see Miles get the job. I wonder if P.J. can play the banjo as well as his brother Bela.

Remember coaches, you are not committed to any school for any amount of time.
