One can only hope we’ll be treated to something similar from Andrew Thomas working against Todd Grantham’s 2018 group in… Florida, right? It’s hard keeping up with that man.

Have to redesign that play without a fullback available. Christian Payne will be missed on blocking,quick hitters up the middle, and outside passing threat (OK, the last one is a minimal loss.)

This. I read somewhere the TE’s are going to be used in more of an H-back role, which makes sense with Cheney moving over to coach them.

Thomas bigger, stronger, but no where near the ability to pull like that. Sims also provided some good minutes off bench, but we got guards out the kazoo for that position.
