It’s not the start of this Swamp247 comment thread that’s amusing. As we’ve noted, Jamie Newman isn’t a slam dunk as Georgia’s next quarterback; it’s certainly within the realm of possibility that Kyle Trask has at least as good a season as Newman does.
Nah, it’s this insult that’s the winner.
Feleipe Franks, they hardly knew ye.
You didn’t like the Trask-Peyton Manning comp better?! These guys are geniuses, I tells ya.

As much as it hurts to say it, them talking about Kyle Trask and his “noodle arm” sounds a bit too much like us post-2017 about Fromm.
Of course, the difference was that Fromm actually won an SEC Championship and three division titles…

30 tds and 3200 yards passings would put KT’s season as top 5 in UF history in both categories.

Yep. I remember not so long ago when Franks was the pick of the FU faithful to win the Heisman.

Whether FU football has a season to be remembered or not, don’t really give a thought one way or the other, for that season to take place the FU skill positions, o line, d, special teams will have had to be top notch game in, game out…their roster and roster management says not so much…as player memories go, the more shit the FU blogs stir up, the more one might think “Hello Newman” may not forget, should the 2020 (?) season take off

You mean, the guy who can supposedly run the offense Mullen wants? Yeah, that’s my thought too.

Franks could have had a spot in the Cocktail Party HoF … as a Georgia inductee.

Franks is the Reggie Ball of Florida quarterbacks. He left still owing us two more fumbles near his own end zone.

The Swamp 247 makes the Mensa members of StinkTalk look like real geniuses. They are truly delusional about their prospects for this year. When reality hits them like a ton of bricks in Jacksonville, Georgia, it’s going to be fun to watch them throw Mullet, Tras[h], Towel Boy, and the whole program into a dumpster fire.

Until then, look for them to attack kamikaze-style and try to take players out of the game, i.e., a dirty brutal game early on to try and even up the playing field.

“… their desperation to win anything meaningful in recent history.”
An SEC Championship, A Rose Bowl, A Sugar Bowl. Why don’t you guys just focus on becoming relevant in the playoff era first and then worry about our “desperation”.

Don’t tell them, but it’s been 10 years since they won anything.
Oh, wait, no, I forgot about the back-to-back NY6 Bowl Wins. BIG.
