That can’t be real, can it? Does he go by God or Power? I’d be real uncomfortable calling anyone God much less some teenager. That is unless his middle name was Damnit. 🙂

The only thing I can think of is that maybe it is a translation from another language, e.g. Joshua means “He saves” or Jonathan is “a gift from God”. So maybe his family is Jewish, Muslim or something else and in order to Americanize the name, they translated it.
