      On a separate note, how in the world do you “emerge” from an alley and get caught doing it?

      I’ve only been to Athens a handfull of times, and only once on a non-game day, but are the police in Athens-Clarke County so useless that they sit outside of alleys waiting for people to “emerge” from them?

      And since when is it illegal to enter/exit an alley to begin with?
