Always look on the bright side

We already know that one thing Kirby is selling about this mediocre season on the recruiting trail is the opportunity to play early.  There’s something else he can offer, too.

Farrell expects Smart to be willing to play guys he recruited fast like he has this year.

“The good thing for him,” he said, “is the SEC East is awful so they’ve got an opportunity to turn it around maybe a little quicker than they would if they were in the Big Ten East or SEC West.”

Ain’t that the truth.

Having the opportunity and taking advantage of the opportunity are two totally different things. I point to out points from turnovers this year and say you might want to pump the brakes on that for a second.

I’m going down into North Georgia today on a hat-buying trip. Here’s the thing, should I get a red visor or a white visor?

Fuck it, folks, I am all in with the Kirbyvisor…I have spent way too much time metaphorically slamming my hand in a car door. If its Kharmic Winter, so be it.

Kirby’s the coach of my football team.

        2018 in Jerusalem, by God.

Scorp, bite the bullet and get a tractor hat. If I could figure out how to get a picture posted here I would show examples. The mesh on the back is great for warm weather, and holds aluminum foil well should you feel the need to hide your thoughts.

Got, I appreciate your concern, but there is no “hiding your thoughts” from the metaphysical side of football.

Good to know! I will be sporting the UGA tractor cap sans foil Saturday.
I will let my brew-skewed, disjangled, and shallow yet incomplete thoughts be bared to any and all cosmic forces that dare attempt to decipher them.
Should be a lot cooler too ………

Hey, what if that foil was the problem…could not get the brain waves going in the right direction or something goofy like that. there.

Not at all. He’s the reason we’re in this mess. Years of really poor recruiting decisions, particularly along the offensive line and in the receiving corps.

      Thanks for the visit, though.

      • Exactly he is the reason Kirby is having to clean up this mess, yet all I read on here is Kirby sucks, blah blah blah. How about hearing how St. Richt was asleep at the wheel his last 8 or 9 years. All I hear is how much Kirby should be kicking everyone’s ass with the guys St. Richt left him. Give me a break! St. Richt left him a shitshow! And for all the folks who want Booboo to come back just remember his play calling before Gurley showed up and what did he do? I’ll tell you, look at 2008, 2009 and 2010

Well, that IS how Saban did it. By the second Saban season almost all the previous starters were gone and replaced by Saban recruits.
