I’d like to accept this award on behalf of the reserve fund.

Booch can keep his championship of life trophy.  Greg McGarity has the best championship of all, bitchez.

The Southeastern Conference continued flexing — and growing — its financial muscle, showing revenue of $639 million during its 2016 fiscal year, according to its new federal tax return.

The return, provided to USA TODAY Sports by the conference on Thursday, showed that the distributions to its 14 members schools ranged from $41.9 million for the University of Georgia to $39.1 million for Alabama and Mississippi.

Yeah!  Your Process didn’t win that, Tuscaloosa.

Maybe someone will want to hire him away so they can win their own National Reserve Fund Championship.

At least we are #1 in something!

“But there, Mr Abrahams, I’m afraid our paths diverge. You see, this university believes that the way of the amateur is the only one to provide satisfactory results.”

The article said that the SEC paid its commissioner $4,300,000.00 in 2014. Think about that. A non-profit tax exempt organization paid $4,300,000.00 to one executive. That makes a mockery of the tax expempt laws.

Agree, would like to see a cap for salaries on tax exempt organizations (and also more disclosure on how much of money given to charities actually gets to the actual cause.) Although I don’t feel that was all paid to Slive as an annual salary.

And yet, the bathrooms at Sanford have no soap, paper towels, or toilet paper and have yet to be cleaned since the Tech game.

Talk about just spitting on your servants.

You are correct, and the upper level plaza looks like a bazaar in a third world country before the game and at halftime. I don’t go to Sanford Stadium to apply for credit cards or to shop for a new car. Maybe ADGM could hire a consultant to help him find a use of the space that benefit us fans.

  6. It’s the only victory that matters!

  7. That’s what is more important to ADGM.

While ticket prices and donations go up.

I’ll take 2 million less and 4 titles please.

I thought the funds were more or less equally divided, so how did we end up with almost $3 million more than Bama? If being in the NCG causes you to make less money from the SEC I can see why ADGM might not be all that interested. It’s becoming clear now…
