    Remember, UNC’s initial NOA was delivered seven YEARS ago.

      They have reached a settlement with the NCAA that they not go to a bowl any year they have 5 wins or less for the next 15 years. Any players on scholarship over 85 will be offered a grey shirt and reduce the amount of drug testing to once a year.

        The settlement also requires Ole Miss to forfeit all SEC football championships won in the past fifty years.
