I won’t ever let you go.

With a résumé like this — “Jim Harbaugh has never won a Big Ten title and hasn’t defeated Ohio State since becoming Michigan’s football coach in 2015.” — it’s easy to understand why Michigan’s AD wants Harbaugh at the school for life.

And when you’re making $7 million a year working for a guy who’s that easy to please, you’d have to be nuts to leave, right?

Jim Harbaugh has never won a conference championship at any level as a head coach. Obviously he is a successful coach and has won a lot of games, but Mark Richt has two more championship rings than Harbaugh has.

I stand corrected. He has one conference championship. The 49ers won the NFC once. That means Richt has one more ring. Donnan has more than Harbaugh, as well.

Stephen Ross remains a fan. As long as that remains true, Harbaugh will remain in blue.

‘Manuel, (Michigan’s 49 yo weatherman look-alike AD) …, says he wants Harbaugh … to stay at Michigan until (he’s) ready to retire.’ Right. How did that work out when the marine designer who ordered the number of life boats for the Titanic was told the same thing by his father-in-law boss?
Its like backing a harelip at a spelling B hoping he wins because the judges can’t understand his pronunciation.

Not surprised to hear that. As an AD or any other prominent figure at a University, you support your coach until you don’t. The tune will change, I suspect, if he goes another year or two without any real success.

What I find most surprising is that, to my knowledge, Harbaugh hasn’t managed to piss these people off yet. Storm’s a-brewin’.

Is Jim Harbaugh the Mark Richt (without the redeeming personal qualities) of the Big 10 ( or 12 or 14 or what ever the hell they are). Good but now not good enough

“Good but not good enough” – maybe true for Harbaugh. But what is good enough? Being in the NC game? or winning it? We’re still waiting to see if Kirby is better than Richt. Forget Harbaugh.

When they hired him, Michigan fans acted as if this was the hire to end all hires. They would never lose again, TOSU may as well fold their hand. The Big House would now be the center of the CFB universe and we should all be so jealous.
LMAO…I believe he gets maybe two more shots at TOSU and that’s it. If he wins one of them, he’d better pull off a string before he loses again.
May Michigan State rule that State.
