    The University of Memphis may lack just a little institutional oversight when it comes to compliance because:

    its Athletic Compliance gotigersgo.com! website is under construction at the same time the school is staring down the barrels of twin NCAA investigations – nice touch, excellent work and way to look good as you prepare for the upcoming hearing;

    Memphis makes Georgia look like Cal Tech;

    SAT scores don’t matter and

    you learn that the NCAA doesn’t buy your defenses that your compliance problems are either in the NBA or Lexington.
