“When comes to the game, I have to be a dog. I have to destroy people.”

This should get you pumped up.  Maybe not as much as Todd Grantham is, but pumped up nevertheless.

“At nearly 350 pounds himself, Kwame Geathers may team up with Jenkins in what could be one of the largest defensive lines in college football.”

    Hell yes.

Would it be wrong to suggest that, if given the chance, he might stick Auburn’s QB squarely in the middle of his back? I’m sure Ted Roof would approve if the tables were turned.

By proclamation, Mark jacks up Todd Grantham and the Destroyers with their entrance music and roles for next season

That’s the difference between an 8-9 win season and a 10-11 win season (not that we are anywhere near either yet). Keep pounding the guy in front of you. Even when you are up by 17 or 21. Make him give up, mentally, and pound some more. It will not only keep him from coming back…the next team will give up when they get down 17. We keep letting the Kentucky’s/Vandy’s stay around. Don’t beat people. Destroy them. Everyone who has watched a Ga game in the last 20 years knows what I’m talking about. That’s why fans are still nervous every fourth quarter. The opposite scenario is why we suck in Jax. We are the victims there. Florida is down this year. DESTROY them! If we win by a field goal…sure people will be happy. But if we win by 28…the team will go in the next year with a swagger and I guarantee we will win that one too. Don’t even give them a pity touchdown at the end of the game.

The “swagger” we built up in Jax in 2007 didn’t work out too well the next year….

We kinda ran into the buzz saw of Tebow in his prime, with Martinez in his prime (of sucking). Plus we didn’t exactly beat them by 28. It was Q4 before we won that one.

I totally disagree. Every time we’ve beat them lately we’ve handled them pretty well. I think we need to win a miracle down there.

The question still is the scheme going to destroy the LOS? In the G-Day game it seemed that only the DL call was able to stop KG. He sometimes took himself out of the play.

With Jenkins, Tyson, Geathers, Jones, Smith, Lott and Thornton, Dawgs have plenty of 4 star beef up-front. Got to believe most coaches would love to have this much talent and depth.
