Randy Sanders, ladies and gentlemen… he’ll be here all week.

Kentucky’s offensive coordinator whips out the one-liners as he prepares his quarterback for his third career start this Saturday in Athens.

“The first thing (Sanders) said to me in film (study of Georgia) was ‘Max, throw it fast,'” Maxwell Smith said.

A nice article. I’m always a fan of gallows humor, be it our gallows or someone else’s. I guess growing up UGA leaves you no choice.

I thought this was the best comment from the article, “The 3-4 alignment that Georgia uses features an array of zone blitzes and deceptive-looking coverages. It is manned by large, freakishly athletic defenders.”

I was partial to this one:

Bulldogs linebacker Jarvis Jones leads the SEC in sacks (10) and tackles for loss (16). Safety Bacarri Rambo leads the conference in interceptions (seven), passes defended (14) and coolest name.

To me, this was pure awesome.

Asked what the Bulldogs defense likes to do, Kentucky offensive coordinator Randy Sanders puts it succinctly: “They like to sack the quarterback and make you punt.”

Great compliment and pretty good wit from a guy who knows he’s up against it.

I don’t think this can be blown, realistically. We could lose a lot of style points and win really ugly, like with Vandy, but this is a few steps below Vandy.

As we noticed in the Auburn game, somebody has induced something more into the kick-off team.

About 10 years ago, yep, and they got it, but only to have Cutcliffe show back up (so it ended up working out favorably until Duke came calling).

Still, it’s enough for me that the 20 years previous to his final few (where we beat the Vols) were spent kicking our asses.

Hilarious comment from a UK fan.

does the UGA scoreboard show triple digits?  If not , then cats win 03-02  on the scoreboard and lose ( 03-102 ) on the field. maybe joker and his outstanding staff  can pose and use the pix for recruits from the east europe

Randy may have a game of whup-ass up his sleeve and we better take these boys seriously. Big contingency of Georgia kids looking for any kind of motivation, but the worst kind is,”Well I’ll show you!”. Heads up!
