“We remember the Sugar Bowl, I think it my junior year of high school, we let Alabama beat us twice,” Brinson said of a team that also lost to the Crimson Tide in the SEC Championship game. “We’re not letting Alabama beat us twice. In the Sugar Bowl in 2018, they… thought they should have been in the playoffs and lost to Texas.” -- AB-H, 12/27/23
Having two young children growing up in the age of camera phones and social networks is daunting. One wrong email, text, or post is all it takes.

Just because I took out a billboard to describe my sexual exploits doesn’t give a MAN the right to talk about my sexual exploits.

Thank God we didn’t have Cell phone camera’s. I can assure you there would be multiple Youtube video’s of my Stupid young ass, in multple dangerous and problably illegal situations. In 10 or 15 years can you imagin the amount of dirt that one will be able to dig up on politicians, cops, teachers, etc?

The good thing is that people will learn at an early age how to respect privacy when playing a practical joke. Cases like this and Ravi’s will sharpen the sensitivity, one at the time.
Yeah, phone camera rolling when cutting on the lights during a teen circle jerk would be priceless. That and lighting farts that no one believes nowadays.

I’m missing something. Did she have sex with the roomate while this guy with the camera phone was in the room with them? That’s what it sounds like and if so how can you violate her privacy if she was having sex in front of someone else? She had no expectation of privacy unless the phone was turned on remotely. No expectation of privacy /no violation of the privacy interest.

It’s a semiprivate room, like in a hospital. Could they have an expectation of semiprivacy? And she may end up semipregnant? And buys a semi-truck with the lawsuit money she gets from the semiasshole with the semimovie camera?
