Evil Richt, for the win.

Evil Richt, for the win.
Steve Spurrier is dodging Clowney questions left and right today. "He's tired of it and I think I'm tired of it … it's time for team"

“We remember the Sugar Bowl, I think it my junior year of high school, we let Alabama beat us twice,” Brinson said of a team that also lost to the Crimson Tide in the SEC Championship game. “We’re not letting Alabama beat us twice. In the Sugar Bowl in 2018, they… thought they should have been in the playoffs and lost to Texas.” -- AB-H, 12/27/23
Can we hire a psyche out coordinator to think of things like this for each coach?

Heck, no, I’m not tired of it. That fat thinking (Steve takes one for the team) on the part of Steve (a swell all-around team type of guy and HBC ®™ of Jadaveon® Football™) shows Steve to be somewhat of a slacker because it been months since his proclamation that the odds would be in favor of Nick’s team against NFL teams. On the other hand, Notre Dame and its Athletic Director is tired of him.

Who coincidentally happens to be coached by a mastermind
@ Kelso : (One of my favorite Spurrier stories comes from Charles Chandler, now at the Charlotte Observer, who in the 1980s was the Duke beat writer for the Durham Herald-Sun. He was at practice one day when Spurrier motioned him onto the field to talk. Spurrier said he didn’t like what the paper’s columnist had written about him. “He called me an offensive genius,” Spurrier said. Chandler perked up, surprised at the thought of Spurrier being humble. “What description should he have used, Coach?” Chandler asked. Spurrier said, “How about mastermind?”)

You read blogs reporting that SOS is loaded because he is quiet. Then you have Coach Richt throwing down with the “Clowney is the greatest…” CMR is loaded and beating SOS at his own game. 😉
oh… and “Bobo has an IPAD. They all do.” Seriously.

Yes, but just to thumb his nose at us, his stylus looks like a crayon.

And, of course, the IPad has a stylish green skin.

Line up Toby Johnson at TB for the first 3 downs and run it right at Clown-Face-Spirit-Hair…

You know, there is a new reason for that logic. If you can get him to target……..
You’ve heard lots of comments that his hit on the Michigan back would have resulted in a targeting penalty.

It’s not what Richt has said that I both like and am surprised by, it’s what Spurrier hasn’t been and isn’t saying that I like so much. He’s the proverbial scorpion in the scorpion and the frog story.

How bout Herschel vs Clowney.

Now you know why Spurrier continues to hate Georgia. Richt is the only coach in the SEC the knows how to troll Spurrier like a pro. lol

So Manziel is being probed by the NCAA for signing stuff for money. If true, he damn well better get 4 games, as that is what it cost AJ just for selling a jersey.

They are saying he took five figures, if that is the case he better be done. I’m pretty sure he will play. We live in a crazy world where Cam and Johnny play and AJ gets punished for telling the truth.

Gosh, maybe Spurrier should have sent Clowney to the pros so he wouldn’t have had all these headaches.
Actually, reading the post above, what we need to happen is for Manziel to somehow say something or be involved with something about Clowney. College Station & Columbia would go into full-time hyper-media circus mode.

Problem for Spurrier/Clowney is the same problem for Manziel – you feed off the media hype, create these unrealistic expectations, ride the wave, and then realize trying to live up to them may be too tall a hill to climb… Sow the wind, reap the whirlwind…

There’s some peculiar reason that SS doesn’t want to talk about Clowney. Could it be he’s avoiding or even hiding something? GT was pretty good at hiding something recently, so it can be done.

We’ll know Evil Richt has overpowered nice-guy Richt if CMR refers to Clowney as a “BAMF”
