If ignorance is bliss, then Oxford, Mississippi is one happy place.

Laremy Tunsil’s college teammates are shocked, shocked that he received improper financial benefits when they played together.

Shocked? Nah. Just betrayed that he got more.

No reason for Oxford NOT to be blissful.

Aside from UGA, how long has it been since the NCAA laid significant penalties to a large revenue-producing program without having them later rescinded?

The more we learn about Tunsil, the more we should be glad that he is on that got away. Perhaps the staff sniffed something that did not smell right at the time of his recruitment and let him get away. Either way, we dodged a bullet.

Disagree. If he had signed with us like he promised to do, Georgia would have won at least one more game per year, Richt would be the dean of SEC coaches and rated just behind Saban, and Hugh Freeze would be starting every year on the hot seat.

So you’re saying we would still have Richt if we’d gotten Tunsil, and that would be a better situation than what we have now? Not sure I agree. I always liked rRicht, but I’m really hoping Kirby is an upgrade.
