“If it wasn’t for me, you wouldn’t have Nick Saban.”

It sounds like if Tommy Tuberville has decided to run for governor of Alabama, he’s picked an interesting campaign platform for it.

And I thought he’d go for “vote for me if you thought Auburn was robbed in 2004”.

    So his campaign strategy is vote for me as your Governor Alabama fans or I will go back to Auburn and start beating Nick Saban?

    Can’t imagine the path to victory in that state would ever allow mentioning Auburn. Pretty funny approach though. I like Tubbs though, don’t like his chances.

    Wonder if he know that in Alabama, governors are much more likely than football players to face prison time.
