For years now we’ve heard from UF fans that coaching can overcome a talent gap. So how does losing spring practice help that argument?

I agree…they aren’t practicing either so that makes them better?….and us worse…? oh we didn’t get “dragged” in the SEC Championship game…we had no offense..D didnwhat it could but couldn’t hold out forever..

They remind me so much of Dawg fans during the first years of Richt. Those are going to be some salty tears come Halloween night – but then again, I believe the Gators may come apart early in the season – so their may not be a lot of drama.

My thought exactly. This sounds like just the kind of thing I would say when I was trying to convince myself that THIS year will be different. Man this feels nice. A guy could get used to this.

I don’t know man, I’m still not jaded enough that Fiutak’s definition of disappointment- making but losing the SECCG, falling just short of the CFP- still seems like pretty high cotton to me. Don’t get me wrong- I want to win both of those things in the worst way, but I also lived thru the ’82-02 and ’05-’17 title droughts, and all the heartbreak and face palms that came with them. I still have to pinch myself when I consider the exclusive company we run in now. But yeah…FTMF…always and forever.

There are (2-3) specific games that FU must win this season, if not, can still enjoy the final ranking inside the top 15, plus 10/11 win season…that 2021 schedule, UGA’s recruiting ability, fence building is gonna close that gap….#FTMF
