    What, senator, you don’t remember all those times we went to instant replay to see when the ball crossed the plane of the sidelines?

    Contrast Saban’s coaching in the SECCG to Mack Brown’s “eh, whatever” showing in the B12CG. Horns are gonna get run.

    I saw this yesterday and almost interrupted my BCS rantings to ask if anyone else had seen it. Unbelievable, unbelievable…and people think the guy should get the Heisman.

    I really do wish he had screwed that up. That darn Ndamukong Suh got in his face too fast, or he would have in fact thrown the ball away too late (but ah thought that Gawd tol’ me that the clock stopped when the ball left mah ha-yand…”).

    NO ,colt’s team won.Buck had a great post on colt and his game on saturday.Who you going to give heisman to ingram (who quit against auburn)?Ingram has worse numbers than the other 2 rbs getting mention.

      Colty won because his team has a better defense than Suh’s team has an offense. In the Colty vs. Ndamukong game, I’d have to call it a win for Suh.

        (Colty was held pretty far below his averages; Ndamukong exceeded his. Colty’s team scored far fewer points than typically, as their average is 40.7; Ndamukong’s team held Colty’s team to about what NU typically allows, 11.2.)

        3 of the 4 Austin American Statesman writers with Heisman votes went with Suh, then Ingrahm, over Colt. 4th one gave it to Colt as tie-breaker over Ingrahm for “career” achievement.t
