“Everybody just needs to chill.”

There are many reasons I don’t indulge in unofficial speculation about whether a particular player is academically qualified, but I think I’ve discovered another one – if Big John Jenkins told me to mind my own business, I believe I would.

    More excited about that monster than anyone else on the team. Very tired of not being a “defensive team”. I like watching UGA keep people from scoring more than I like watching UGA score, and that dude’s the key (plus scoring hasn’t been an issue recently; defense has). Go watch the Tech game again, and watch Tyson getting pushed around, and note how well and how often they took advantage of that.

        I heard it was the center for Boise State that started the rumors. In fact, I’m going to tell Big John that myself. Oh, and Kellen Moore was repeating the rumors as well.

    Big John says, “I’m on Coach T’s [Joe Tereshinski] workout plan, but I’m going beyond that,” he said. “I’m working out three times a day” and that he doesn’t know where these rumors are coming from. I say we start a rumor that its the opposing centers and guards from his first two opponents.

    Ben Jones is a good center but Ben Jones is going to get schooled by not one but two monster Noses. He will be so tired of facing these guys in practice that the regular season and normal sized DL’s will be a treat to him. Bring on Boise’s 279 pound DT’s Ben will think he has been given the day off.
