Just remember, this is all that stands between you and the abyss of empty Saturdays until Labor Day or thereabouts.
Gotta admit, it looks pretty entertaining from where I sit, even with nothing but pride on the line. It’s the SEC’s (or at least the part that doesn’t involve Alabama) last chance for a little respect this season.
Who ‘ya got today?
I expect the SEC to go 1 and 2 today, with TAM winning and Ole Miss and Kentucky going down. Those last two look like mismatches to me but what do I know?

I agree with 1 and 2 with only Ole Miss winning. I think A&M goes down tonight.

With almost all of UNC’s offensive playmakers opting out, I can’t see my Tar Heels winning.
I attended UNC for 2 years prior to transferring home to Athens.

Having watched most of the KY game, I wonder what moved me to pick State in the pool.

Now I know why I picked State. The point spread, and I got it!

NC State/Kentucky – not sure; but going to go with Stoops nasty O-line working over a lightweight ACC team.
Ole Miss – shoot out and that works out for Ole Miss.
Oregon – I don’t care either
A&M – I think they are going to physically beat up this UNC team – believe physicality will win the day. But it depends on QB play

The last one! Nooooo! Thank you for posting these, Senator. It has been very helpful!

SEC goes 3-0 today. If UNC was full strength they could give the Aggies a game, but too many opt outs to overcome.

Looks like Kentucky came ready. Would be a big win for them if they can finish. I still think Stoops is the 2nd best coach in the East.

I’m enjoying watching the SEC teams with losing records beat winning ACC and Big Televenteen teams.

UK took care of business. Can Ole Miss close it out?
BTW, I love all the smack talk about the Big 10 runner up beating a .500 Auburn team minus their head coach, leading rusher and receiver. Those NW fans are so happy. (Of course, I’m fine with seeing Auburn lose.)

Ole Miss takes the late lead and then blows the extra point to make it a 6 point lead. Gee, I wonder what’s going to happen now?

Well, surprise! Ole Miss defense made the stop to seal the win. That’s two SEC teams with losing records beating top tier teams from ACC and Big 10.

Ole miss, just missed the point after. Lol. It’s amazing our streak of them.

Strong day for the SEC considering the competition. Now if aTm can finish. Dawgs won. Florida and Auburn lost. I hate Bama and OSU so idk there. Well…Bama winning another title doesn’t help us so…go Bucks, I guess. A very successful SEC bowl season, imo.

Tough to watch that NCST offensive lineman likely blow out his knee doing a chest bump with a teammate after he scored a TD.

That hurt me too. Felt awful for the young man.
Did you see the KY kid that got hit in the gut, couldn’t stop puking and was in real agony? I hope he doesn’t have internal damage. It was bad.

I didn’t know he got hit and assumed it was because he was just sick or hot. Someone for NCST puked as well.

Friendly fire got him. At first I thought his arm broke in half. Was a bad collision.

I didn’t see it but heard it. Isn’t that what happened to Malcolm Mitchell in 2013? It was the start of our snakebit season.

Wow, Iowa St. Is really good. Never watched them but always hear the typical hype stuff.
Anyone ever driven through Iowa? Vast nothingness and brutal winters. My ancestors have grain silo’s up there.

Wow, a perfect 30 yard on side kick.

Whelp, defense optional in the PAC. Iowa St. Does look pretty solid though. Oregon is just pure offense with a defense built to just get in the way and let the WR’s rest.

Thibodaux is the real deal, and they have a LB (Sewell?) that blew out his knee. We were after both of them. Seriously good.
Of course it takes more than just a couple but they have some real talent.

And I now see Sewell out there so I guess I was wrong about his knee.

Iowa St coach seems to have lost his face mask. Love it. He doesnt care right now, great win for them and highly emotional. Cool.

SEC putting on a good show today. So of course that means Aggies are going to lay an egg.

I almost wish Auburn had won so Florida would be out there as losers by themselves. Almost. Auburn has enough problems to keep me happy.

I have watched every game today. There is no mistaking SEC depth and speed against the big eleventeen and almost competitive conferences.
Though, i recognize that its early on in this UNC game. So far though, they’re doors have been blown off.

The fun part is, if TAMU enjoys moderate success in the SEC, they just blow away UT in both money and publicity. Good on them. Still, MO should be in the west division. Our conference needs to re align.

Yeah, it’s been a really good game to end the season. I say last because to hell with Bama and OSU. Both of these teams are pretty good. This game and our bowl game would have made 2 great additional CFB GAMES. I certainly believe Georgia and Atm wouldn’t be any worse than ND. Maybe even Clemson.
