Well, I’d like to believe it, but again, it serves Dabo’s purposes to make sure everyone else believes it regardless of it’s true or not.

We cannot say we are a better team than Alabama until Alabama loses and we don’t, but I do say we can claim we are as good as if not better than OSU and Oklahoma.

I’m not sure we’re a top 2 team. We’re definitely the best defensive team in the sport … every guy on the 2 deep in the front 7 is going to have a chance to play on Sundays.
Latavious Brini looked great again. Ameer Speed and Kelee Ringo held their own in their first meaningful action. Kendrick was solid. Chris Smith is emerging as a star.
I’m withholding judgment on the offense until some of our weapons are back. Clemson’s D was as good as advertised as well.
Jake Camarda was one of the stars of the game as a field position weapon.

That made no sense to me. I think this may be the best collection of front 7 talent at Georgia I’ve ever seen. Nolan Smith and Adam Anderson were a wrecking crew. Nakobe Dean looks like the revival of R with his effectiveness on the blitz. Jordan Davis and Devonte Wyatt gobbled up space in the middle.

We have plenty of stuff to worry about and hope we fix. But damn, the front 7 was a sight to behold. That performance made it to the long term memory bank…and I’ll be reflecting fondly on it for a long time.

I’ve been saying all off-season how we have 3 maybe 4 first rounders on starting D. It’s crazy talent. By far the best front 7 in CFB. It’s the backend I have concerns with.

We’re better than….who knows right now it’s only 1st game. We had 9 months to prep for that game. Let’s hope uab doesn’t score more than 3 pts. Cuz if they do….then what?

It’s too early to crown any team as top 10…everyone has pretty much only played 1 game (except UCLA and their sissy blue shirts).
I think we’ll see improvements made on most teams going forward, especially the boys in Red & Black…this season will be magical for us…Go Dawgs
