“Guys are going the extra mile, going the extra distance and the team chemistry is better than any year I’ve been there, definitely.”
“It was one of the key emphases we tried to instill in everybody’s head – finish the drill, whether it be through the line, through the cone, through the bag – finish strong…”
“Everybody is on the same page. I feel like this is going to be a great year.”
So I am telling you: If you want to dish out the preseason happy talk with the best of them, you’re at Georgia Tech! You can do that!
The Bees can’t Finish the Drill…That’s OUR mantra.

Damn, right up till the end I was thinking “oh no, here they go again with the bullshit happy talk”. Then you drop the hammer and tell me it’s Tech. Not funny. Oh wait, yes it is.

Talk means nothing, regardless of who or where it’s coming from. If the action is there, i.e, if it’s real, it will show up on the field. That is how you know.
I’ve no idea what’s going on at Tech and don’t care. Just hope that, for once, there’s action behind what we are saying. For the first time in many years, this time I believe there is.

The problem on the flats isn’t Andy McCollum. He’s a terrific guy, coach, and recruiter. The Hubris at the top keeps the main mast roiling about on the gnats football vessel.

I hope Fish Fry and the Tech administration keep hoping their ship finds a port. Long live CPJ!

Excellent idea but no matter what happens, we can’t let them finnitch Emma’s*

Quidditch. There’s more going on, and it’s juicy! I’m really competitive. Field hockey is my strongest sport, and if I lose a game, I take a long, hot bath and moan about it.”
