After watching Florida’s epic collapse in the waning moments of yesterday’s less-than-epic meteor game with South Carolina, I’m not sure which I find more unbelievable – that the Gators lost, or that Georgia somehow managed to find a way to lose to both teams this season.
Geez, football gods. Sometimes you have the weirdest sense of humor.

UPDATE: And that’s all she wrote.
The Zooker wonders what took Foley so long. And do we say Boom was Spurriered?
I’m trying to quit college football, but this weekend made it hard. I do think that either Tenn or Arkansas will beat Mizzou and we’ll make it to the SECCG limping after getting our asses whipped by Tech. Of course, that would probably be a good thing because then we will have a chip on our shoulder and play with passion against Bama… only to come up 5 yards short. The other option is we clock GT and go into the game feeling awesome about ourselves and Bama kicks the shit out of us. But I’m leaning toward the former since we’ve struggle with our rivals this year

Hey Sunshine. ..don’t let the door hit you in the azz on the way out.
Gee what’s the matter with you JC? It’s not even been 24 hours since the chapel bell was ringing and you’re grumbling and ringing your hands. Turn in all your Georgia gear and meet me at the stadium. You can run steps. I’ll have them turn the lights on. This may take awhile.

I’m still furious about the loss to the gators. How is it that the Dawgs can stop a very good AU offense but not UF? And the cocks? How can we get beat by that bunch? They’re terrible. I don’t get it.

GB Arky just beat LSU.
Everyday is a new opportunity. You can build on yesterday’s success or put its failures behind and start over again. That’s the way life is, with a new game every day, and that’s the way baseball is.

Yeah just unbelievable we lost to them. And I have a real fear Missouri will win out and we’ll be the best team sitting at home, like 2007 all over again.

He made some questionable hires and was over the top on that sideline. The man can coach Defense for sure.

According to the SEC Network, Agent Muschamp has been executed.

Did anyone see how they lost the game? They had’em with 4 mins to go, wasted their downs, kicked to SC with time to get it back, got it back with a couple mins, gave it up and SC scored to tie. In OT, decided to kick fg with 2 yds to go on 4th. SC got the ball and soon thereafter scored the winning td.
Muschamp demonstrated through stupidity that he is gone.

Come on back home, Muschamp.

?? Why? And didn’t he burn those bridges when he denied UGA affiliation upon arriving “home” in Gainesville? He is dead to us, thankfully.

Our University nightmare is finally and mercifully over. Spurrier has now done the Gator Nation one more favor.

My prediction: Muschamp is next years Defensive Coordinator for the Gamecocks. This is based on 1) Spurrier and Muschamp are friends, 2) SC’s defense sucked ass this year, and 3) Muschamp is still a good defensive mind. I hope I’m wrong but that is my bet.

That’s exactly what I was thinking after watching Spurdogs post game interview.

Muschamp is pretty much the only defensive coach to slow down Bobo’s offense consistently over the last few years. We won’t miss him on that end.

Except this year, I don’t recall Muschamp’s defenses slowing UGA down at all, whether at LSU or Auburn. I never got all the great coordinator talk.

mwo…over the last few years, meaning the last few at Florida. We haven’t scored more than 23 since he’s been there.

Gator candidates in no order:
Todd Graham – done a great job in Tempe
Kyle Whittingham – a QB from winning Pac12
Gary Patterson – Does the most with the least
Dan Mullen – a Gator at heart
Art Briles – built Baylor strong
****shock value – Jim Mora, Jr – reestablished UCLA
For all those that ask, “who would you replace Richt with??”…..there’s your star studded cast.

I would add Rich Rod to the list.

Ugh! And I don’t see Briles leaving Baylor, he seems to love it there and looks to be a great fit. Like him a lot but he isn’t interested in UGA and I don’t think we would have interest either.

If UF goes with Dabo, SOS will never retire. He will gleefully stay and beat UF every year.
