“We remember the Sugar Bowl, I think it my junior year of high school, we let Alabama beat us twice,” Brinson said of a team that also lost to the Crimson Tide in the SEC Championship game. “We’re not letting Alabama beat us twice. In the Sugar Bowl in 2018, they… thought they should have been in the playoffs and lost to Texas.” -- AB-H, 12/27/23
I want to party with THOSE people. It ain’t a party until someone gets arrested or needs medical attention.

Ahhh…the good old days!
Sadly, I’ve experienced some of this when in Red Stick. I’ve also been treated to some wonderful Cajun tailgate food from complete strangers. I’ve noticed they are a lot friendlier when they win.

Once again, I give thanks for not growing up in the digital age. I used to say that I could never run for president, but sadly that doesn’t seem to be a disqualifier anymore. I’d hate to think of the photos and videos of me in college. I prefer to just enjoy them in my mind, and deny them to any future employers.

There are a couple of photos out there that will prevent me from ever running for office. Thanks freshman year!

At the 2005 SEC Championship game I saw a LSU coed throw up in her Mardi Gras jester hat. She sat there for a while and then put it back on her head. Security escorted her away shortly after.
I am of the opinion that this is normal behavior for them.

good …now I have something to live up to this weekend in Jacksonville…..A guys got to have goals or he’ll never achieve them. Vomit, punch out a gator and get arrested …..go for the trifecta….time to leave for J’ville . I confine my bouts with alcoholism to just a few weekends each year now but it is time to get started. Fireball and Steel Reserve I can taste it now.
