Good news for local fans

WSB-TV will broadcast the Georgia Southern game, so some of us won’t have to spring for PPV to watch it.  Woo hoo!

If you have a HDMI port on your computer you can always hook it up to your television and watch the game on ESPN 3 for free.

All us Dawg fans in Maine (I think there might be two of us) will be watching on ESPN 3. No coverage up here.

What’s the deal with ESPN3 blacking out games? I’ve had a couple blacked out here in Houston. Since it’s based on my internet provider to log in, I can’t even use a proxy.

So, if ESPN3 blacks me out, does that mean I’m likely to drive 1000+ miles to see the game in person?

Try First row sports, thefirstrow.eu. I’m off the cable and surrounded by Huskers. Free online streaming in realtime, reliable and many choices to view the Dawgs. This year I’ve watched ESPN, CBS etc to see the games. Click on American football tab on game day as they don’t seem to have advanced listings. I’ve watched games blacked out locally, as well. I can cheer for my Dawgs while everybody else in the state is watching that other team.

      • There’s a bunch of sources out there. Ustream.tv, stream2watch.me. I haven’t been blacked out or shut out from seeing a game I wanted to see in years. In this day & age, there’s always a way around the bullshit.

Question: I am going to be in NYC on that day. I have already located the bulldog club meeting point in Manhattan. Can I expect the bar to have the game on or not?

Derek, try Village Pourhouse in East Village. I will bet it will have the game.
