Hope this works out better than the last time we saw this prop.

If this kid is half the beast on the field as his dad was in the ring, we’ll be just fine.

  3. At least these bulldogs are much older, wiser and more mature than the one at Carver.

That pup in the back looked more skiddish than the USCjr QB last night…

Would have lost money on that comment when he let out the hint that his Mom would have to get used to his decision. Since she loves Richt, thought that meant he was committing to Auburn and braced for such. Looks like he was pulling a bunch of Auburn dicks.

Great news because he has the intensity you need with a big RB to rip through the line. The lineage (good UGA RBs) continues. I’m sure this kid makes his own name in this world and the Dawgs will take his Dad as just another proud father in the stands.

Bet Eason has a smile on his face. C’mon, Mecole!

Beating out Auburn for E Holyfield just means his family didn’t need the $180K bounty paid by the barnyard ground litter to elite ‘difference-makers’.

Use one of those as Uga instead of the unhealthy, obese ones the Seiler family keeps shoving down everyone’s throats.

The only thing that could have the dog show better is if one had a bite taken out of its ear

I talked with Evander in April at a fundraiser, he was very close to the vest with Elijah’s college choice. He said he had really been stressing the academic and degree aspect with his son. He said he knew better than anyone that sports don’t last very long. He did say Elijah really liked Georgia and Momma really wanted him to go there. I told him Momma usually get’s what Momma wants and he laughed and said “you got that right”.

    I think he’ll be a great one.

He talked a little about his money problems. He said his own lack of education was the reason for the majority of them and that’s why he’s so big on his kids getting an education.

Interestingly, James Brown said the exact same thing, That’s why he was always telling black kids to stay in school and study.

James Brown fathered 9 children with 4 women. He was born in 1933. Evander fathered 12 children with 6 women. Evander earner over 250 million in the ring and is behind in child support payments. I get the “don’t wag the finger at great people that stumble.”I really do.

They both came from fatherless homes, not making any excuses for them, both made terrible life decisions. At least both of them recognize the need for education. I don’t think either one, or most athletes for that matter, are much in the role model department.

Don’t know if this has been mentioned anywhere on GTP today, but I think the McEachern/Buford game is televised tonight…great chance to see a couple of future Dawgs in action..

Just watched his highlight film. He runs VERY similar to Thomas Brown in terms of balance and style. Not quite as strong, but with a little more lateral quickness.
