Today’s slate isn’t the most scintillating, but there are a few compelling matchups to keep an eye on.

Georgia Southern

Georgia Tech

12:30 PM

Eh… probably not.

#1Alabama

#9Tennessee

3:30 PM

Can the Vols hang on to the ball?  If not, I foresee a long day.

#12Ole Miss

#22Arkansas

7:00 PM

Last couple of years, the Hogs have been to the Rebels what Ole Miss has been to ‘Bama.

#2Ohio State

#8Wisconsin

8:00 PM

Every time this season I’ve thought Wisconsin was going into a game it was bound to lose, it seems like it’s won.

UCLA

Washington State

10:30 PM

Leach’s team is on something of a roll, but that’s a really good defense it’ll play tonight.

Feel free to discuss any other games that are of interest to you.

Really hoping Southern beats the genius.

Hope the Tide rolls through Neyland like Matthew through state of NC last week. Feel Ole Miss will put a banged up Arky down by a couple of TDs, the SEC upset I want to see is Mizzou blasting the Gators. Wisky can be tough at home but ohio is loaded on both sides of the ball this season, and wins by double digits.

Washington State’s win streak in large part is due to the Cougars’ improvement on D. They always could move the ball on O and score a lot of points. Unless they revert to bad D I see them winning all their conference games until they play Washington. The Cougars have the best pure passing attack in the nation plus they run the ball better than one might think.
