“We remember the Sugar Bowl, I think it my junior year of high school, we let Alabama beat us twice,” Brinson said of a team that also lost to the Crimson Tide in the SEC Championship game. “We’re not letting Alabama beat us twice. In the Sugar Bowl in 2018, they… thought they should have been in the playoffs and lost to Texas.” -- AB-H, 12/27/23

Between this and Clemson’s Mitch Hyatt 5* OT going un-drafted I hope UGA hammers Dabo on the trail. Unfortunately they continue to put DL and WR’s, in the league with regularity which means kids are going to flock there at those positions.

So he fires the kid and restricts his opportunities because why? Is a noncompete clause in the NLA?

Swinney just wanted him to have the opportunity to go to East Carolina.
Dabo knows best.

He’s a grad transfer, Dabo you jerk. Restricting the kid’s ability to transfer is a total douche move.

I’ll bet Dabo limited him to once a day down the slide, too.

Except for banning against Clemson’s schedule next year, I agree.

Sorry, but if you’re telling a kid he doesn’t have a spot on the team and no scholarship and he’s a grad transfer, Dabo should have no control over where he goes.

You are close to being 100% on this, but you block guys who have inside intel, and that you have trained. Isn’t like there aren’t 200 other schools for him to play for.

Inside intel? Lol. Clemson can’t block Venables from becoming S Carolina’s HC, but they should be worried ab a grad transfer? Give me a break.

But very few of them can “use resources at Clemson, like you can really keep everything tight”.
Looks like a pay cut is coming.

Ostarine. Asst basketball coach caught on tape winking at football recruiting in an illegal benefits/agent sting. Dabo being a dick to one of his players on transfer. Imagine these three knocks if it was Smart or Saban. Press would be all over them. But instead, Goofy Ass Dabo gets pass after pass. What the hell?

As football goes, the ACC has nothing else.

They don’t have AJC reporting or the Georgia way to overcome apparently.
