We may not know what Jake Fromm’s future plans are yet, but his predecessor is going pro. Give Eason credit for taking the time to shout out to us on his way.
Good luck to you, kid. You’ve earned it.

“And Georgia fans, don’t be turds. Enjoy this. Soak it up. It’s awesome. If you don’t win this year, it’s still not a failure. It’s a heck of a run. Back-to-back in the Playoff era hasn’t been done. So, to ask for a third I feel like it’s gluttonous. I feel like it’s not OK. But we’ll be in the mix.”-- David Pollack, On3.com, 5/9/23
That’s called class.

Dang. I was hoping he’d enter the transfer portal and return to Athens.

I like Jake Fromm and appreciate all he has done for UGA but I do think we would have been even better on offense in 2017 and 2018 with Eason had he not gotten hurt.

Yeah it was nice of us to give the top rated QB recruit in the country a chance to play QB. 🙂
Good luck to Jacob, he handled everything with class. Even once he was healthy in 2017, he never sulked or anything like that, he seems like a genuinely good dude. Hope he kills it in the NFL.

He’ll go to a good team in late first or middle of the second. That’s a great position to be in when you are a QB. Good luck, kid.
