“We remember the Sugar Bowl, I think it my junior year of high school, we let Alabama beat us twice,” Brinson said of a team that also lost to the Crimson Tide in the SEC Championship game. “We’re not letting Alabama beat us twice. In the Sugar Bowl in 2018, they… thought they should have been in the playoffs and lost to Texas.” -- AB-H, 12/27/23

There’s a lot wrong with this story, but the glaring thing? You’re recruiting a QB who has a cat for a pet…

So true. The whole grain school should have known something was up when they noticed his hoodie in the first place

Good luck to the kid. He should get a good education. Went to a Rice he on their campus last year against a conference foe. There couldn’t have been more than 5000 people in a stadium that originally sat more than 60000. Sad, since Rice had a decent team and was competing for the conference championship and bowl game.

Rice is an excellent school and so is its out-of-step marching band
“Childish for sure, but nothing out of the ordinary for the MOB. And it was certainly not even as clever as the MOB’s theme for their halftime show during Rice’s bowl game against Troy last year — “Troy Loses. Read Homer”

Is this the same cat that’s all over FB for thwarting the attack dog? If so, it tackles better than some of our DB’s.
