    There is enough money in D1 CFB to pay reasonable spending money, but there isn’t enough to pay off the greedy lawyers/agents, that comes at the next level. $100-125 per week is enough for gas, movies, pizza, etc. And there isn’t enough to pay for all those in sports that lose money so don’t give them the “full rides” that include spending money. All this talk of “full cost of attendance” is why the issue is so complicated. School costs, provide room and board, and the same level of spending and keep it simple.
