Christmas bull

For some inexplicable reason, on Christmas day, the Longhorn Network will devote five commercial-free hours to a broadcast of Bevo meandering around his ranch.

Though I’d rather watch that than five hours of The Paul Finebaum Show.

    Respect.

It’s better than five hours of Uga licking himself. 🙂

    Damn! Sic’em Twist!

Sounds like a great dinner centerpiece for cooking and eating a big ole chateaubriand.

Did you ever hear about Sparky the Bull?

Five hours commercial free? When are the fans supposed to go to the bathroom?

  5. I be watchin the Yule Log on TV instead. I wouldn’t even watch Uga for 4 hours. Maybe 3, but you know what he be doing most of the time, and the punch line is “that dog will bite you.” Now if they put Uga in there with Bevo, now that might be interesting.

I’d rather watch Ralphie in there with Bevo. Or maybe Finebaum in there with both of them.

      • Yesterday, every where I looked I saw Finebaum on TV. He was okay many years ago in the B’Ham News, cause you did not have to read what he wrote or look at his picture. Thank you Bluto for providing us with all things CF without subjecting us to unattractive images.🐍

This is what happens when Texas has a year with no highlights and no games their brethren would like to see on replay. Sounds like what would happen if there were a Falcons Network.

Couldnt they just show the Texas/USC rose bowl twice and be done with it…that would be pretty awesome.

That is good marketing and a better bottom line expense to boot.

    Can anyone confirm this story?
I once read, many years ago, about a group of frat boys from Texas A&M that allegedly rustled the Texas mascot and turned him into a big barbque.
Is it true? I hope so! What a great story it would make.
Imagine UGA students stealing South Carolina’s clucker and making chicken and dumplings.

This was actually voted on by the fans. The loser in the race was a “HouseHunter’s” episode featuring Nick Saban in Austin.

15 minutes of Paul Finebaum seems like 5 hours.

  12. I commend the LHN for taking the lead on bringing “slow television” to sports programming.

Well, “Step to the Rear” does seem appropriate for SC. But I’m sure they’ve probably crowned “Sandstorm” as their new official song.
