Kirby and Boom, this year’s SEC buddy movie.
“I talk to Will a lot,” Smart said earlier this month. “We bounce ideas off each other of what he’s doing, what’s worked, what hasn’t worked. We always share information. He’s a very trustworthy friend when it comes to information when it’s not competitive information.”
If CBS grabs the broadcast of the Georgia-South Carolina game this year, I can hear the Verne gushing already.
Just Kirby building up Agent Muschamp. Will help Boom gets his next job at UT.

I am glad Muschamp got the SC job otherwise he might be our DC.

The article doesn’t say muschamp is consulting with Kirby. Georgia has the rookie version of champ.

Muschamp is a great defensive coach and he would have been an awesome DC at Georgia.

Nope. We never had any problems with his defense. Consider me unimpressed.

In Lindy’s Sports magazine, ‘an opposing coach’ made the comment that if Kirby didn’t get his way, he would lose is cool. Or something like that. I wonder how much ‘cool’ is lost…

Most of the coaches act like adults and get along, it is the fans that are often childish.

Have you ever seen Boom on the sidelines during a game?

I’m glad someone said it. I also would argue that spurrier hasn’t exactly cultivated collegial relationships.

Cue the nauseating “story line” coming to our tv this fall. “Did you know they played bla bla bla”

Brings back those wonderful memories of the conversations between a Georgia Head Coach and an Alabama Head Coach. The Butts and Bryant conversations were heralded nationally and played the headlines of sports pages across the US.
If conversations between two coaches like Smart and Muschamp were overheard, nothing could go wrong, correct? It would just be two good ole boys getting together and sharing plays that they find that work … .. …

You know, on this blog I’ve seen a lot of people state that the one game Kirby “has to win” this season is the Florida game, but I don’t buy that. For me it’s the SCar game. If we lose that….. ugh
