Sunshine’s got the ‘rona.

Man, if he can get it, anyone can.

“Trevor has authorized us this evening to announce that he has tested positive for COVID-19 and is now in isolation,” Swinney said in a statement. “He is doing well with mild symptoms but will not be available for this week’s game against Boston College. While we certainly will miss Trevor, this is an opportunity for other guys to step up and we’re excited about competing against a very good BC team on Saturday. Go Tigers.”

Dabo almost makes it sound like an afterthought.  Hell, maybe it is — Clemson has a true freshman stud ready to step in against Boston College.

I guess G_dly Dabo’s chicken pox party last spring wasn’t 100% effective. You just know they’re trying to get Trevor tested by Nick Saban’s doctors, and the people in Alabama are telling them to pound sand.

    How does Dabo keep quarterbacks?

We’ve recruited some good ones (Eason, Fields, Newman), but they all wind up leaving and we get stuck with mediocre talent.

Deshaun Watson didn’t really come out until his junior year, and went pro. Lawrence ran off Kelly Bryant, to A&M I think. So they’re not 100% immune. You could also view our transfers as a back handed tribute to Kirby’s recruiting.

If I may push the Playpen envelope a little, cases are really going up for about a month now. Daily deaths increasing too, but more slowly, even allowing for two week lag.
What does it mean? Pffft. (Shrugs and throws hands up). Masks probably don’t do much but be nice to that worried old lady down the aisle at Publix.
In this Hogbody’s humble opinion we’re all gonna get it. Just hope it’s not bad.
