I mean, compare Kirby Smart’s emphasis on culture über alles with this:

They know the expectations, the culture, the other players.’ Unfortunately now it’s like plug and play.”

Does that sound like he works on it?  It sounds like he’s thrown in the towel and gone straight to mercenary mode.
