A fate worse than death

Nick Saban casts out Al from Dadeville from the ranks of the Tide faithful:

“We are truly saddened by this destructive behavior from an individual who certainly does not represent our institution, our program, or our fans in any way. It is important that we continue to respect one another in the spirit of good sportsmanship for many years to come.”

Given his mindset, I’m not sure anything the criminal justice system doles out will be a greater punishment for Harvey Updyke than Saban turning his back on him.

I’m not sure Nicky understands the rivalry. Maybe losing to them again next year should get the point across.

If I were Nick Saban’s trees, I’d watch my back.

Saban decree from upon high also requires Harvey to change his two kid’s names from “Crimson” and “Bear” to “The Hat” and “Cheese Nip” as punishment.

These two programs need to get over themselves.

To counter the press release from Nick’s publicist disclaiming any and all interest in Harvey, Auburn is expected to issue a counter-press release that its input into the pre-trial intervention will be that Harvey shall never enter Lee County again and that he shall, at all times, be required to wear this scarlet letter on his head:

Sorry to offend anyone, but thousands of trees went into the making of the toilet paper that has been wasted covering those 2 trees. I dont hear anyone bemoaning thier loss.
And also, rolling trees is a halloween tradition. auburn just borrowed the concept. Kinda like they borrowed Ohio State’s traditional game day walk and named it the “tiger walk” and have since claimed it was thier idea.
If old Harve really wanted to help us all out, he would have engineered a way to get rid of all of the kudzu that was brought to the south even though it is totally useless.
(Which sadly, bringing it here, is the only original idea that has ever come out of Auburn. )

Nick Saban’s integrity is top shelf. Which is why he needs a chair to reach it…

I hate to say it…but it the whole damn situation in the state of Alabama between these two schools is funnier than hell. Love it when these two schools get into a name-calling, butt-kicking, fist fight with each other. Yeah those Tigers are first class…turn the damen sprinklers on you, spit on you, trash the hedges at Sanford. Sorry, but it those trees are so special why did they not have them under 24/7 security. Surprised this has not happened sooner.

I know it is early, but how much longer is this baseball program going to dwell in the bottom? I hope the new AD is taking a long hard look at this program, because it has rolled off the cliff.
