Oh, so now you care about “legal responsibility”.

Kinda funny to hear that sort of defense from the NCAA after Mark Emmert moved heaven and earth to penalize Penn State.

Maybe freshman ineligibility will fix this.

    They have a legal responsibility to Kessler to keep Hausfeld from whipping their ass repeatedly so there will be some left for Kessler when he gets ready to cane them
