Failed to convert

It looks like Butch Jones’ Fourth-and-1 sessions aren’t clicking with their intended audience yet.

Though I’m sure the Vols will learn the right lesson from the punishment Jones doles out to Coleman Thomas.

    His lawyer will get the charges dropped or reduced and he will plead guilty to a misdemeanor…then run his ten extra windsprints as punishment.
    If that doesn’t happen and he’s dismissed from the team..he can still use his orange stuff at his future institution..and I don’t mean jail. He’s not going to do time for $600…His largest problem may be the weather.(It’s miserable in Auburn during summer practice).

    This article must be fabricated, we all know everything in Knox Vegas is perfect, Sgt. Carter is perfect, and the Vols will never lose another game as long as he walks the sidelines. Just listen to their fans and their homer talking heads.

    If you listen to the stuff Sgt. Carter spouts (“football is life speeded up,” etc.) he reminds you of those EST instructors from the 80s who worshipped triangles and all that. There is no end to the BS coming out of the guy. I’ll be glad when he has his final losing season and the toothless hordes demand his head. Then they can hire another incompetent rube and start the process all over again.

      P.S. I’m still pissed off that South Carolina let UT win in OT allowing the Vols enough wins to get into a sh!t bowl and beat a lifeless Big 10 team so the Vols could have a winning season. Without that South Carolina disappearing act UT would have finished 5-7 in the regular season and the sports media would be predicting the demise of their HC after this season instead of fawning all over him.

        That is right, yet because of that SC collapse Jones is viewed as a wonder man and we have fans whining continually about Mark Richt. Weird.

    It shouldn’t be THAT much of a surprise the 4&1 classes didn’t work. Remember S.O.D. did have to give them classes on how to shower.

    Probably Coleman Thomas have the case dismissed because the student he stole from will not press charges, or he will end up at Auburn or Louisville. That is all I can see happening from this.
